The Fine Print

Studio policies

We keep one guest in the studio at a time. These policies protect your session — and everyone else's — so the calendar stays calm and unhurried.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is a suite reserved for you alone.

  • Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment — no charge applies.
  • Cancellations inside 24 hours forfeit the deposit and are charged 50% of the session value.
  • No-shows are charged 100% of the session value; package sessions are deducted as used.
  • Each package allows one courtesy reschedule per session when notice is given in time.

Non-Refundable Deposit

A 25% deposit secures every booking.

  • 25% of the treatment or package total is due at the time of booking.
  • The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable to another guest.
  • It is applied in full to your balance, which is settled at your appointment.
  • Packages are non-refundable once the first session has been used, and expire 12 months from purchase.

Late Arrival

A 10-minute grace period is held for you.

  • Arrivals up to 10 minutes late are seen, with the session shortened to protect the next guest.
  • Arrivals over 15 minutes late are treated as a same-day cancellation and the deposit is forfeited.
  • Shortened sessions are charged at full price and count as a used package session.
  • Please arrive 5 minutes early to change and complete your intake.

Squeeze-In Appointments

Same-day requests outside the open calendar.

  • Squeeze-ins are offered subject to technician availability and carry a $35 accommodation fee.
  • Requests are confirmed by text — a slot is not held until you receive confirmation.
  • Full payment is taken up front and is non-refundable, as the slot is created for you.
  • Squeeze-in sessions are limited to 30 minutes and one treatment area.
